Hi there! My name is Valeria, a Caribbean soul living in the Evergreen State, and the founder of Guiding You Inward. I created this space with a deep desire to help others cultivate inner freedom, self-awareness, and alignment in their lives.

I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, but in 2021, I followed the calling to move to the West Coast in the US.

My path of self-discovery, Soul work, and spiritual healing inspired me. Throughout my life, I had been in search of relief from anxiety, stress, fear, overwhelm, and deep sensitivity to the world around me, but nothing seemed to work or give me the relief I was looking for.

Everything shifted when I discovered Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery® (SMGI®). This practice didn’t just bring relief—it brought me back home to myself. I began to release generational pain, awaken my inner vision, expand my consciousness, feel safe in my body, strengthen my intuition, grow spiritually, and learn that we are the medicine.

SMGI® triggered my spiritual awakening at 22. It revealed layers of repressed emotions, lost memories, and ancestral energy I had long carried.
